ARRIVAL

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that arriving late will limit your treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your service will end at its scheduled time, regardless of the start time.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Booking your spa reservations in advance is highly recommended. Please contact Mahana Spa directly at 702-440-6855. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.

As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you must cancel or change your appointment, please advise us at least twenty four (24) hours in advance to avoid a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.

SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each treatment and dispersed to the spa staff who assisted you during your experience. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

AGE POLICY

To maintain a tranquil environment, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to receive spa services.
