AQUATICS HOURS & RULES
In order to abide by the regulations set forth by the Nevada Gaming Commissions as well as the Southern Nevada Department of Health, the following rules are in place. Management reserves all rights.
Wristbands are required to gain entry and use of aquatics facilities. You must have an owner band or guest band on at all times. Wristbands are available at the Concierge desk.
NOTICE*
The Main Pool is currently open; however, maintenance and construction work have begun in the surrounding pool deck area.
The Main Pool is scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, and is expected to reopen on October 17, 2025, once necessary repairs are completed. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.
Temporary Hours:
- October 13: The Main Pool will close early at 6:00 p.m. The Lazy River will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- October 14–16: The Main Pool will be closed. The Lazy River will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., with owners’ early access at 8:00 a.m. (Special hours apply only on these three days.)
- Beginning October 17: Both the Main Pool and Lazy River will resume their regular Fall Season hours.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these important improvements to enhance your resort experience.
Our lazy river operates seasonally and is closed during the winter months. Our pool facilities remain open year-round; however, sections of the pool may be adjusted based on guest capacity to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Pool, Lazy River and hot tubs may close due to inclement weather including high winds, heavy rains, and lightning.

POOL & LAZY RIVER RULES
The Following Items are Strictly Prohibited:
- Outside food & beverage
- All glass containers/breakable items
- Personal coolers
- Personal speakers
Wristbands are required to gain entry, to use aquatics facilities and pool towels. You must have an owner band or guest band on at all times. Wristbands are available at the Concierge desk.
Pool and Lazy River Rules
- Pool use is restricted to registered owners and guests.
- Footwear is always recommended for safety and heat protection
- Shower before entering the water.
- No diving.
- Swimming without lifeguards on duty in pool & lazy river deck is prohibited.
- No smoking or vaping within the gated pool areas.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over).
- All pool towels must remain within the gated pool area.
- Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers (available for purchase in Wiki Wiki located in the main lobby). Diaper changing on the pool deck is prohibited, please use changing station in our restrooms
- Family-appropriate swim attire only. Thongs, cut offs or street clothing may not be worn in the water for swimming or for sitting.
- In keeping with the family atmosphere of the resort, inappropriate actions such as offensive or profane language and/or gestures as well as unruly behavior including horseplay, flips and climbing on the rocks will not be tolerated.
- Reserving or moving lounge chairs, tables and chairs is not permitted. A clear pathway is required around the pool deck for safety
- Do not swim if you currently have open wounds, if you are ill with intestinal distress or have had intestinal distress within the past 2 weeks.
- Do not swallow or spit water. Intentional hyperventilation or extended breath-holding activities are dangerous and prohibited.
- Animals are prohibited in the aquatic facility and the deck (except for service animals).
- Pools and hot tubs are equipped with ADA lifts. Please see our pool supervisor for assistance.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Pools and hot tubs may close due to inclement weather including high winds, heavy rains, and lightning. When the weather improves, we will open as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Read and obey all posted rules and instructions given by staff.
HOT TUBS RULES
- All pool and lazy river rules apply to the family hot tub.
- No lifeguards are on duty in hot tubs deck. Your safety is your own responsibility.
- The maximum recommended time for adults and children to use the spa is 10 minutes.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over).
- Maximum water temperature is 104°f (40°c).
- Do not use at water temperature greater than 104°f (40°c).
- Adding bubble bath, water softeners, and soap to the spa is not permitted.
- Pools and hot tubs are equipped with ADA lifts. Please see our pool supervisor for assistance.
- Adult hot tub (18 and over) is located by the Island Courtyard next to Tower 5.
- Our resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Pregnant women, elderly person, and individuals suffering from heart disease, diabetes or high or low blood pressure should not enter the hot tubs without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor.
- Do not use hot tubs while under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, or other drugs that cause drowsiness or that raise or lower blood pressure.
- Enter and exit the hot tubs slowly. Observe reasonable time limits (10-15 minutes). Then leave the water and cool down before returning for another brief stay.
- Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
- Keep all breakable objects out of the area.
